• Customized or personalized items.
• Items purchased from clearance or final sale sections.

Please ensure that the return is properly packaged and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it is received by our team.

6. Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us. We will help facilitate an exchange based on availability, and you will be responsible for any additional costs or price differences between the original and new items.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
